She is an absolute gem and the epitome of top-tier hospitality.During my recent stay, Amee went above and beyond to assist me with numerous requests, from managing incoming deliveries to coordinating courier pickups—all with incredible efficiency and a warm smile. What amazed me the most was her willingness to help, even after hours, ensuring that everything was handled seamlessly.Amee’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are rare qualities that make a world of difference. She is the primary reason I keep coming back to Hotel Soco. It's clear that she takes immense pride in her work and genuinely values every guest’s experience.Hotel Soco has everything you’d want in a great stay—comfortable rooms, a fantastic location, and wonderful amenities—but it’s the exceptional staff, led by stars like Amee, that make this place truly unforgettable.Highly recommended! I can’t wait for my next visit.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi. It works well for most of the day but can slow down a bit in the evenings—likely because everyone is back in their rooms using it at the same time. That said, it’s a minor issue compared to the overall excellence of this hotel and doesn’t take away from the incredible experience they provide.

Poor breakfast Cleaning rooms at 6am using a powerful vacuum was not a pleasant wake up.Location

All the staff are really friendly.

Some mornings they started vacuuming the neighbour room at 6am. Simply not nice to wake up with such unpleasant noise.Breakfast a la carte very poor.Location is not great as there are very few places to eat around.

Room was spacious and clean at an affordable price. Convenient location to shops and restaurants

All the staffs are great, friendly and helpful. It is close to Chinatown with many great restaurants.

Space is small, tv was not working.

It's in a good neighbourhood which is quiet. Overall the room was clean and other amenities were also provided. Staff was also excellent and they helped us with the adjustment of the booking.

Breakfast could have been improved as the options are quite limited. The location even though is calm is not accessible to any forms of local transport as you have to walk a couple hundred metres through alleys and get to the nearest bus stop.

TV Cable is blurry. Expensive compare to the quality. Quite far from the city center.

Breakfest was simple but enough. Location is not near any top point but is very good for rest and sleeping. Incredible great staff, gentle , helpfull, kind... In 24:00 housekeeper ( allready preparing to sleep ) took motor byke and brought me to the shop kilometer away to buy beer! Bed is comfortable, really clean room, but staff is main reason I could come back to this hotel. If I would run hotel I would be happy to have staff like staf in Signature Boutique hotel.

There is no window. All other things were very good, for sure value for money.

The bed was super comfy, and the decor in the hotel was really stylish

We got woken up by noises in the corridor and kitchen, as the sound carries quite far. Furnishings were a bit tired in places, such as the towel rail coming off the wall. The water pressure of the shower was also disappointing and it took a long time to warm up.

The room is nothing like shown in the Picture. I booked a Suite based on the pictures shown on booking.com but the room I got was not even close to the pictures. The room look like any standard room of a 2 star Hotel.

Laundry service is overpriced.

- Good location: District 3 go to dis.5 to have good food and go to dis.1 for night bars. The alley is quite big that grab can pick up in front of the hotel.- Good decorations: beautiful rooms and lobby

- My first room 203 has ants and mosquitoes (I had feedback once)- My second room 403 has smell from drainage place. If we don’t use bathroom, which means don’t have water in drainage. The room is too smell. (Eg: I come back the room after meal for about 1 hour, the room is too bad, we spent around 20mins to wait for smell is gone)

- Good location (address in the alley, but quite large, grab can drive inside)- Good decoration in room and outside- Good and modern facilities

- My booked room has ants on bed and mosquitoes in room- Breakfast need to be improved, then the price may be reasonable.
